ICS Computing Wins Employer of the Year Award

ICS Computing was judged to be 'Employer of the Year' at the Institute of Payroll and Pensions Management (IPPM) twenty-first annual conference and awards ceremony on November 9th 2005.
The award, sponsored and presented by Logica CMG, recognises excellence in the workplace and considers investment in people and processes, technology, training and development opportunities as well as employee benefits, facilities and management. ICS were short-listed for the award along with the multi-national food and chemical corporation Unilever.
The judges commented "ICS have given their employees choices, empowered them to make decisions for themselves and provided them with the mechanisms to enable them to be the best they can be. This is why they have been awarded IPPM Employer of the Year 2005."
Billy McCulloch, General Manager who accepted the award on behalf of ICS said, "This award recognises the commitment ICS has to its people, providing them with sound processes and support to deliver excellent client services together with the very best of opportunities to learn and grow with the business. This award is for all the team at ICS."
The Institute of Payroll and Pensions Management (IPPM) was established as an official industry body in 1980. Its main objectives are the promotion and development of the science of Payroll and Pensions Management and the advancement of education involving the study of Payroll and Pensions Management skills. The Institute's mission statement is "to promote excellence in the Payroll and Pensions professions."
